Description
## Description
The **“Running a container & listing running containers”** section on the `/get-started` page needs a modern UI update.
The current design has weak visual hierarchy, inconsistent light/dark mode contrast, and heavy blur effects that may affect performance.
### Proposed Changes
* Redesign the steps using clean, card-based layouts.
* Improve spacing, typography, and content hierarchy.
* Upgrade terminal blocks with macOS-style controls and better command styling.
* Use existing Tailwind color tokens for consistent light/dark mode support.
* Add icons and clearer visual emphasis for important notes.
* Remove expensive blur effects and use lightweight alternatives.
### Expected Outcome
A cleaner, more accessible, and developer-friendly section that matches the rest of the Podman website while improving readability and scroll performance.

Research direction
Start at the /get-started page and inspect the “Running a container & listing running containers” section alongside the rest of the Podman website. Redesign the steps, terminal blocks, notes, spacing, colors, and effects as described, then verify light/dark contrast, readability, accessibility, and scroll performance.
