Following the RHEL8 documentation, Podman version 4.4.1 is installed instead of 5.2.2.

# yum module install -y container-tools:rhel8

According to the documentation
> The container-tools:rhel8 is the fast application stream, containing most recent rolling versions of the tools.
which does not appear to be the case.
