Description
Currently, the ' Configuration files' section under 'Installation' (find it [here](https://podman.io/docs/installation#configuration-files)) does not reference user local config files living under `$HOME/.config/containers/`. Is there a reason to omit these user local ones?
As a user new to podman I followed allong the installation guide. After finishing the installation, I (tried to) set up some `unqualified-search-registries`. Reading the above section, I got tempted to edit the host global config files (which I feel is not exactly what a new user should do?). Only later I found out that there also are user local ones as described [in the docs](https://docs.podman.io/en/latest/markdown/podman.1.html#configuration-files).

Research direction
Start with the linked Podman Installation page and its Configuration files section, then compare the linked podman.1 configuration-files documentation. Done means the Installation section clearly references user-local files under $HOME/.config/containers/ and explains their relevance.
