### Description
Move to OCI artifact of the Helm chart as OCI registry support for Helm charts is now [generally available](https://github.com/helm/helm/releases/tag/v3.8.0) starting from Helm `3.8.0`. As GHCR is OCI compliant, we won't need to find an alternative registry.
