nerdctl push images to harbor too slow

containerd : v1.7.1
nerdctl version : 1.7.1
k8s version : 1.27.5

I am install nerdctl tool in k8s node, and I pull images is normal, but push images to harbor is too slowly
What's the reason I can't find it

What can I do to speed up the push

### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. download nerdctl
2. nerdctl push images to harbor
3. is slow
