Upload a file into a Vault

At the moment you can add a photo or a text file, but there is no way to add a file from the file system to a vault.

I think it's probably a thing everyone would expect, but I'm not sure why it was not considered/added.
@marcchataigner , was it not part of the design version? Or technically difficult?

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the existing flows for adding photos or text files in the TypeScript mobile app, then trace how those items enter a vault. Done means a file selected from the device file system can be added to a vault alongside the existing supported types.
