After deleting UDF, UDF list shows empty state briefly while refreshing.

Have more than 1 UDF in the selected database.
Delete a UDF.
Observe the UDF resource list.

Expected:
The list in-place updates and removes the deleted UDF.

Actual:
The list goes into empty state while refreshing and before showing the updated list of UDFs.

Reproduce the deletion flow with more than one UDF in the selected database and observe the UDF resource list while it refreshes. Trace the list's delete and refresh handling from the UDF view, then verify that the existing list remains visible until the updated list is available and the deleted UDF is removed.
