Recursive descent parser over Flink `fullDataType` strings common between UDFs and Flink columns

Make a recursive descent parser to handle the arbitrarily deep `fullDataType` strings into possibly trees of objects. Do so in a relatively independently extractable manner so that CCloudUI folks may choose to incorporate to improve their Flink schema browsing experiences within Flink Workspaces.
