Implement the MVP for data generation with Medusa

Add the Medusa data generator to VSCode. It should be added as a Docker container which can be managed by users as a local resource. Dataset files will be generated from Avro schema files and then used to create and subscribe to SSE streams, with each SSE event being produced to a Kafka Topic.
