[KSQL] Create Tumbling Windows tutorial

Section **Take it to production** is run using the same environment that was used in the **Try it** section, it fails due to the STREAM ratings and TABLE ratings_count already existing.

Suggest adding text to the **Take it to production** section indicating that a fresh environment is required. This is not a critical enhancement as the _student_ will likely come to this conclusion.

This enhancement will likely benefit other tutorials as well. Suggest adding it to each tutorial as it is being updated for compatibility with CP 5.4.
