examples/music does not appear to create topics

Hello,
i'm attempting to run the examples/music example:.
git clone https://github.com/confluentinc/examples
$ cd examples/music
$ docker-compose up -d
However once it's run, I browse to the Control Center -> Topics screen and it has no Topics.
The readme.md shows there should be many topics:
