url to cloud is vague

A beginner demo should be assume no prior knowledge.

In Ccloud Beginner is vague. Is it prefixed by http; does it require a port; where does a user find this URL? This could be followed by an example to clarify these.

Also the dependencies make this demo too much hard work: many users do not have contol over software installation so dependencies like timeout/mvn/jq are more representative of the desktop for the demo developer than desktops for users. It should be possible to ship this demo without any more dependencies than ccloud and docker.
