Looking for examples/clients/cloud/rest-proxy connector java source code

**Description**
I am a newbie. I need to write a connector that a legacy system will call via http post. I am looking for some sample code I can start with. Basically I want to write something like a servlet. My servlet needs to do some business specific process of the posted data, then write to a Kafka topic

I looked at examples/clients/cloud/rest-proxy. It is all docker based. Any idea how I find the connector source code installed in the containers?
