Question: Datadog tracer support?

Hi all,

My company is in the process of migrating from `kafkajs` to `@confluentinc/kafka-javascript`, and one feature we will be losing is the ability to forward traces to Datadog using `dd.trace('kafkajs')`. I noticed that there was a tracer made for the [Go equivalent of the library](https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-go/blob/main/contrib/confluentinc/confluent-kafka-go/kafka/kafka.go) - are there any plans to provide one for `@confluentinc/kafka-javascript` in the near future?
