Make error due to private repo dependency

I am trying to compile version 0.7.0 plugin locally and when attempting to do so, I receive an error. Upon examining the makefile it appears that the issue is that the following repo is either non-existent or marked as private (repo **cc-mk-include**).

I am unable to compile this to a binary for use on Linux due to this issue. Can someone please either remove this requirement or make this repo and all dependent repositories public?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
