[Bug] Conductor becomes unresponsive after some time with Postgres persistence

**Describe the bug**

When using the "Postgres-ES" persistence docker configuration preset, conductor seems to run into a problem after a while and after even more time Conductor becomes fully unresponsive and doesnt answer any API requess.

the postgres db keeps logging this:

5. After some more time Conductor becomes fully unresponsive and doesnt answer any API request
