Latest UI does not work on Safari

**Describe the bug**
Tried the latest UI, rendering of workflow and workflow defenition does not work on Safari.

**Details**
Conductor version: v3.21.12

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Provision any workflow definition , e.g. kitchensink
2. Click on running workflow or definition
3. Observe wrong rendering on Safari

**Expected behavior**
Rendering of workflow and wf definition is working properly like on google-chrome

Reproduce the rendering problem in Safari using the kitchensink workflow definition linked in the issue, then compare the workflow and workflow-definition views with Google Chrome. Trace the affected UI entry point and identify the browser-specific rendering failure; done means both views render properly in Safari as they do in Chrome.
