Model configuration overlaying text input

### Describe the bug

The model configuration banner is overlaying the text input field. This happens for every chat in all my workspaces, and started around monday 25/05-26

Reproduce the overlay in a chat using Conductor 0.61.1 on the reported macOS setup, then locate the model configuration banner and text input UI. The work is done when the banner no longer covers the text input in chats across workspaces.
