Description

@jakirkham You seem to be the owner of the primesieve-feedstock and python-primesieve-feedstock repos so the question below is addressed to you:

Can we rename python-primesieve-feedstock to primesieve-feedstock?

There are currently 2 issues that would be solved by renaming python-primesieve-feedstock to primesieve-feedstock:

* The primesieve-feedstock repo which provides the libprimesieve C/C++ library is currently unmaintained and stuck on an old version. I think that nobody currently depends on that package.
* Currently the primesieve python library can be installed using ```pip install primesieve```. However for conda a different command is needed: ```conda install python-primesieve```.

If you don't have any objections could you please transfer both repos (primesieve-feedstock and python-primesieve-feedstock) to @brl0 so that we can do the proposed changes.
