Description
#51 fixed 1.54.1 package in build 1 to declare missing upper bound on jwt. So it resolves issue in case that particular build is installed. But conda seems to prefer to install an easier version (build 0) since it doesn't require downgrade of jwt. https://conda-forge.org/docs/maintainer/updating_pkgs.html#removing-broken-packages prescribes how to announce some builds broken, and IMHO build 0 is such since it can result in unusable installation of pygithub package.
I can furnish a PR following aforementioned instructions. Just wanted to ask maintainers first if they would agree to it (eh, should have just done it by now/finishing up this issue ;))
