How can I access/install a Powershell prompt or equivalent command prompt within Miniforge?

- [ X] I read [the conda-forge documentation](https://conda-forge.org/docs/user/introduction.html#how-can-i-install-packages-from-conda-forge) and could not find the solution for my problem there.

Issue: I am trying to switch from Miniconda to Miniforge, and would like to access a Powershell prompt or equivalent within Miniforge that would let me install packages and edit my conda settings.

However, I'm not seeing a Powershell prompt within my miniforge3 folder on my computer. I believe Conda-Forge has one . . . but I'm not sure how to install it without a prompt!
