Description
LLVM 14 (currently in rc-phase) added https://github.com/facebookincubator/BOLT to https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/tree/main/bolt
Should we create a separate feedstock for this? BOLT is for example in use in [pyston](https://github.com/pyston/pyston), cf. https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/issues/13019.
