correcting the source code with official releases

This feedstock is created using a source code that is not officially released by the developer of the tool. The [url](https://github.com/adbeda/hazm-feedstock/blob/687c2547d14b30aef2ed68300146fa23cd62a554/recipe/meta.yaml#L9) is linked to a package that is on pypi.org, which was not officially released the the developer of libwapiti. Hence, we've to correct the link and attempt to submit a recipe based on the official release. Moreover, since the license doesn't reflect the intent of the developer, we've to request one from the person who wrote the software.

Understandably, there is no official release for this tool. To correct the mistakes and fix this problem, a github issue requesting an offical release and a license is created [here](https://github.com/adsva/python-wapiti/issues/20).
