There's no hide_code conda package for osx.

Issue:
I have noted that this package is not built for osx (`build: skip: true # [win or osx or py < 30]`). I could consider contributing, but I would like to know if there is a specific reason for the absence of a osx version -- just so I would not repeat any futile work already tried by a previous contributor.
I did not find another obvious way of posing this question (e.g., a *wiki*), so I made it into an *issue*. Apologies if this was the incorrect approach.
