Consider using Grayskull to update dependencies

To simplify updating dependency constraints, it may be worth [configuring Grayskull in conda-forge.yml]( https://conda-forge.org/docs/maintainer/conda_forge_yml/#bot ) like so

```yaml
bot:
inspection: update-grayskull
```

This way the bot will refresh dependencies during version updates as well

Start with conda-forge.yml in the dask-expr feedstock and compare its current bot configuration with the documented update-grayskull setting. Configure the bot as shown so dependency constraints are refreshed during version updates, then verify the configuration is valid and supports that update flow.
