Description
When installing CppADCodeGen, it is required to define `include_cppadcg` during the compilation of CppAD. You can find more details in https://cppad.readthedocs.io/latest/cmake.html#include-cppadcg.
This might be related to the issue reported in https://github.com/joaoleal/CppADCodeGen/issues/92, which is a compilation error with the GCC compiler.
Would it be possible to do so inside the Conda building recipe?
