Description
My user experience of using services which try to fetch all my repositories (e.g. Docker Hub) has really degraded with the growing number of conda-forge projects. Trying to create a new image, Docker Hub backend hits the GitHub limits of fetching all the repos (`Fetch source repositories failed. Error is Error listing Github user repositories: 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://api.github.com/user/repos?per_page=100&page=17.`).
How do you deal with it? I have tried to restrict OAuth access to the conda-forge organization, but GitHub just does not provide an option to do that, instead it just automatically allows the access to conda-forge repositories without a way to revoke/deny the access.
