Stalled PR in gspread-pandas-feedstock (unresponsive maintainer)

Hi conda-forge team,

I opened a PR 3 weeks ago to bump the version of `gspread-pandas` and sync it with the latest upstream release.

The current maintainer appears to be inactive. I have tried using the `@conda-forge-admin, please ping conda-forge/core` command a few times over the last weeks, but the PR remains stuck without CI being triggered.

Could a core member kindly trigger the CI workflows for this PR and merge it if the tests pass?
