Description
As part of investigation for https://github.com/conda-forge/patchelf-feedstock/issues/21, https://github.com/conda-forge/cutensor-feedstock/issues/16 and https://github.com/conda-forge/cudnn-feedstock/issues/31, it turns out that this could be a useful workaround when there is any ELF-related issue, see https://github.com/conda-forge/cudatoolkit-feedstock/pull/4#issuecomment-709546027.
