automerge error -- what to do with it?

I got an automerge error after my latest update of the feedstock:

I've never seen this before -- what does it mean, and do I need to do something to fix it?
I thought CI/CD runs on azure, not on github actions? The updated package seems to have been uploaded to anaconda.org correctly.
