meta.yaml unnecessarily edited in package version update PR

In https://github.com/conda-forge/fftw-feedstock/pull/77, the bot edited the test suite in the meta.yaml file to such an extent that it was failing for obvious reasons. Many lines were simply removed and all `[OS]` tags were removed as well. I reverted these changes in https://github.com/regro-cf-autotick-bot/fftw-feedstock/commit/5e183524712f71a4f9f655166d892c5663c8d126, so there you can see (reading the diff backwards ;) ) what the bot did "wrong" (unless I'm missing something). I don't have any idea on how or why this happened, just wanted to make sure you were aware :)
