Description
Here are the steps from the call yesterday:
1. Push PR updates from the webservices
2. Separate attrs in graph from the PRed attr.
3. Separate making of attrs from running of bot main loop.
4. Separate bot main loop into job generation and job execution structure.
5. Trigger rebuilding of node attrs from changes to feedstocks + data model.
