Shake out imports prior to reporting

If we match the source imports to the imports provided by the pkgs, extract all the artifacts, and then check those artifacts (after being turned into pkgs) against those listed in the meta.yaml we should eliminate some of the issues we're facing with matplotlib vs. matplotlib-base
