Description

Not sure what the right answer is yet. That said, it seems worth discussing.

Some packages are getting updates at a rate that maintainers seem unequipped to handle. So what is the solution? Here are some options.

1. Manually ignore some updates (i.e. do nothing)
2. Get more maintainers
3. Have some option to throttle update rate
4. Create a path for marking the package as unsupported

Here's a notable case I've seen. There may be others.
