awscli 2.34.31: SyntaxWarning related to docutils

### Issue

Hi, I'm seeing this SyntaxWarning pop up on macOS with awscli 2.34.31:

```sh
aws s3 ls
```

```
.../lib/python3.14/site-packages/docutils/utils/math/latex2mathml.py:954: SyntaxWarning: "\i" is an invalid escape sequence. Such sequences will not work in the future. Did you mean "\\i"? A raw string is also an option.

This warning can be suppressed temporarily with:

```sh
export PYTHONWARNINGS="ignore::SyntaxWarning"
```

Is this fix needed directly in the awscli Python package or can we resolve this specifically for the conda-forge recipe?

Reproduce the warning with `aws s3 ls` in the listed macOS arm64 conda environment, then inspect the awscli2-feedstock recipe and its docutils 0.18.1 dependency. Determine whether the fix belongs in the AWS CLI package or the conda-forge recipe; done means the warning is resolved for this installation path.
