Update outdated examples and add some conan 2.0 examples

I think we should put some effort in updating the examples in this repo for libraries that are in c3i to the latest versions and improve the examples, some of them are outdated. Also, as an idea, we could also add some examples for new generators and toolchains and for conan 2.0 features (maybe in a new branch).

Start by inventorying the repository's existing examples and identifying which libraries are in c3i and outdated. Review the current generator and toolchain examples, then define the Conan 2.0 examples to add; the work is done when the selected examples are updated and the new Conan 2.0 coverage is complete.
