[feature] Add examples and tools to automate the creation and hosting of binaries

Hello! This [page](https://docs.conan.io/2/devops/conancenter/hosting_binaries.html#devops-conancenter-hosting-your-own-conancenter-fork) describes exactly our use case, could you please add examples and tools as suggested by this sentence?

Specifically, we would like to see the script "that first conan export all the packages in your list, then conan create --build=missing them".
