Add an example how to package a system library

The [package manager](https://docs.conan.io/2/reference/tools/system/package_manager.html) is well documented, describing its usage, but still misses a full and functional example how to package system packages.

We have some real examples in CCI that could be simplified to docs and add a documentation explaining about that example.
