Document recommended approaches (e.g. for Enterprises)

I've seen a couple times a team member saying ([This approach is the recommended one for most enterprises](https://github.com/conan-io/conan/issues/12687#issuecomment-1403606917))...but I'm not sure WHERE this is recommended. There should be a section of the docs which spells out usage recommendations and justifications based on the user type e.g. Hobbiest, Enterprise, Quick Experimentation. This is critical to end-user success.
