Volunteers: require explicit shift confirmation to reduce no-shows

New volunteers sometimes accept shifts but fail to show up because they have not actively confirmed they have seen and accepted their assignments.

## Requested behaviour

Add a step where volunteers explicitly confirm they have received and accepted their assigned shifts — a checkbox or acknowledgement action in the Kompassi UI.
