Description
just an idea to complement https://github.com/con/tinuous/issues/152#issuecomment-1279391877 - `.tinuous.state.json` could have a record of runs which were skipped for one or another reason, so whenever a new option of "forgetting" old ones is implemented someone could still go and discover that some were never fetched for some reason.
