Description

As briefly mentioned in https://github.com/datalad/open-brain-consent/pull/9 we probably should start using http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/intl.html -- the internationalization (i18n abbreviation in Debian) support in sphinx -- to provide consistent (with versions, see #27) translations

Research direction

Read the discussion in pull request #9 and issue #27, then review Sphinx's internationalization documentation at the linked page. Determine how the consent translations should be organized and kept consistent across versions; done means the project uses Sphinx i18n support for that translation workflow.
