As briefly mentioned in https://github.com/datalad/open-brain-consent/pull/9 we probably should start using http://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/intl.html -- the internationalization (i18n abbreviation in Debian) support in sphinx -- to provide consistent (with versions, see #27) translations
