In which we could recommend
- (re)use the ultimate consent form wording, or some other "popular" wording, and do not reinvent the wheel. The same as it goes with software/data licenses -- do not come up with custom ones
- share your consent form, versioned, on some public documents archive with a persistent identified (DOI, PURL, HAL, see https://github.com/datalad/open-brain-consent/issues/16#issuecomment-366589849)
