Description
Tracks the upstream `PennLINC/babs` dependencies that gate **M4-E2E-Automation**. Source of truth is each upstream issue — this is a tracker.
- [ ] PennLINC/babs#380 — get container before `babs submit` if missing (issue #375)
- [ ] PennLINC/babs#387 — `babs status --json` machine-readable status (supersedes the closed mechababs #12 `--done`/`--merged`)
### Not yet filed upstream (mechababs trackers, `upstream-NOT-FILED`)
These are M4 babs deps captured as mechababs issues; need filing upstream (see the consolidate-upstream-approach chore in STATE.md).
