All currency components should get USD from withdraw not support price

Description
When users see a CMT `Currency` component the equivalent $USD price should be computed from the cooperative's withdraw price not the support price.
This is because if you're seeing CMT > 0, then you already have it, so the price **you** will get from withdrawing is the withdraw price not the support price.
