Update json-schema to more up to date format

Please would you consider updating the json-schema to use a more recent schema version, that would allow the use of `uri-reference` instead of `uri` in the `homepage` attribute, and `archive.prefix-url` attributes?

Doing this allows us to use Satis locally as it allows for local uri references.
