Documentation: Write a best practices guide for caching on various platforms

There should be an article on getcomposer.org docs with best practices on configuring composer caching on CI for GitHub, bitbucket, GitLab, circleci, etc and for using composer caches in docker containers for example. And general advice on what to keep in mind, e.g. cache vendor dir vs composer cache dir.
