And I expected this to happen:
I'm trying to install wikibase, which allows my wiki to pull data from other wikis. Part of the [installation](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibase/Installation#Install_dependencies) requires that I use composer to install it.
I'm expecting it to install the dependencies for wikibase
