Description
Let's investigate adding some reverse dependency testing. To start obviously I'm interested in running the bootc tests when we change this repository. But it'd also make sense to test e.g. podman and rauc tests too.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the repository's existing CI configuration and how its tests are invoked. Then investigate how bootc, podman, and rauc tests could be run as reverse-dependency checks; done means the intended checks and triggering conditions are defined and reproducible.
