* [x] Add scheduled workflows like in compiler-workflows (example https://github.com/compiler-explorer/compiler-workflows/blob/main/.github/workflows/build-daily-SPIRV-Tools.yml#L5) - to build libs nightly for Popular compilers
* [ ] Add scheduled workflows like in compiler-workflows to build libs nightly for All compilers
* [ ] Debug issue where libraries/versions for compiler will build more than once - add more logging at least
